My short term goal was to lose 25 pounds by July 20th (my daughters 8th birthday and we leave for vacation) I weighed in this morning and I'm at 194 I allllllmost made it and I'm still so very proud of myself
I've found that you can't make weight goals because in the end you don't really have control of how much weight you DO lose. The fact is you tried your best and you came in close. THat is the thing worth celebrating.
