OK - so I decided I am at least going to do this. I have a goal of 10-15 lbs for labor day. I will add a ticker for this. I am going to do a weigh in for myself on Monday morning to start for me but you guys feel free to start whenever you want!! I don't go to COD so I will weigh every sunday or monday to see how I did.

I had a rude wake-up call at the horse show over this past weekend and its time to get the big butt in gear!!!!! ;)

Count me in. I've got just one more week before my center closes, but my friend and I are going to weigh each other at work. I'd love to lose 10 lbs. by Labor Day, at least.

Me too.. I've put on about 10 lbs since Christmas and even though I'm maintaining where I am, I want to get back below 190 again...

Now If I can just remember how to do the ticker thingy again...

I am going for 10 lbs, which is a little more than 1.5 lbs a week over this 6 wk period.

I WI on Wednesdays, so this morning's starting weight is 205.4 lbs

July 16: 205.4 [Starting weight for Challenge]
July 23: 202.4 [-3.0 lbs (1.46%)]
July 30:198.8 [-3.6 lbs (1.78%)]
Aug 6: 198.2 [0.6 lbs (0.30%)]
Aug 13:
Aug 20:
Aug 27:

Total Lost to date: -7.2 lbs [3.51%]

ok, I am in for 12 lbs. That is about 2 lbs per week, but I have been such a fatty that I should lose the first 5 easily. I will add a ticker ;)

I think I can manage another 10 pounds. I lost 10.8 in the past 5 weeks. I gained a couple pounds back after a bad week, but then lost 3lbs since last Wednesday. If I stay focused, I'm sure I can do it.

I think I'll set my challenge for 10-15.

Well, here we go - my challenge starts tomorrow morning. I will weigh myself and see where my starting point is. I pretty much know anyway but I want to get an accurate starting #. My goal is between 10-15 lbs so approx 12 would be nice.

Okay I'm starting with yesterdays weight... which makes me sad b/c I lost 5 from the previous week. But anywho, I will still try.

Count me in for this challenge. I've been stuck at the same weight for the longest time. I believe it's time for me to get serious again. I'll post my weight tomorrow and then just update every week.

Goal – Lose 12 lbs by Labor day!!! This will require that I lose exactly 2lbs every week, which is a little more than I have been losing, but I am going to give it my best shot. I am running out of weeks and really want to get to my goal!!!

Okay, I guess that I will join this one. I have not been successful on any challenge that I have done. But, this one is going to be it.
My goal is 10 lbs. I have put on some weight over the last month.

Okay, I am going to take the labor day challenge! For the next few weeks I know that my weight is going to go up and down, so my goal is to be at 135 by labor day. I would love it if I was lower, but my goal for the entire summer was to keep my weight around 135.

Missed my weekly AGAIN DARNIT!!! I started running again... I'm sure this is going to screw with my weight loss for a couple of weeks, but this time I have to be consistent about it, I'm officially in (1/2) marathon training which requires running 4 days out of the week.

I'm going to try again for 140 by Monday - wish me luck!

Yeesh. It's been about a month, and I've only lost about 3 pounds. Man, I knew I hadn't been doing so well, but yowch. It hurts to see that.

So, I've got just under 3 weeks and 7 pounds to go. If I stick to it, I *might* be able to do it. I've gotta get back on track.

I can do it.

I freeking did it..............well....almost.......:lol:. I, for the first time in about 2 years, made a goal.............I was short by 0.2 lbs, but that is darn close enough for me!!! I have been actively trying, with some bad days every now and then since Julyish.......and I am definitely on a downward trend. I am staring to get hopefull.........

Nicole - THAT is awesome! Great Job...

I got sidetracked by the Thallenger and completely forgot about this one! I didn't make my goal, but I now realize that these last 16lbs will take a lot longer than I expected.

My centre was closed for Labour Day and they are now closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I haven't weighed in yet. But as of last Wednesday, I still had about 6 pounds to lose. I'm that far off track as well.

I've started working out though and I'm really paying attention to everything I eat. So hopefully I'll have some good news when I step on that scale tomorrow!
