Yesterday I did 30 mins on the elliptical....I wish I could have done more but my 7 year old split his forehead open when he fell off the trampoline. Fun times at the ER, yuck!
Today I am doing:
20 mins elliptical - check
10 mins free weights for upper body - check!
10mins AB workout - check!!
I'll come back and check them off as I do them!
