to all those that posted on need motivation post,I just wanted to say thank you.
I have not been too bad at all this weekend,just a minor blip watching a film Saturday night.
I am going to have a really good chat with the OH tonight and for this week i am going to try and stop eating after 7pm,and if i need to eat anything then it will be either a yogurt or a piece of fruit and nothing else.
I am determined to have a good week this week,even if it is just to prove to myself that i can actually do this for myself.
I know i do not need to "binge" at nighttime but sometimes it is soooooo hard to break a habit formed over many years.
So i just wanted to say a big thank you and let you know that i am feeling a lot more positive tonight as i begin another week.Here's to saturdays weigh in.
