Introductions - Hello

Hi there!

I just turned 23 and want to make a real change in my life. I've struggled with my weight for many years and it makes me unhappy that I can not wear the clothes I want because I lack the confidence.

So I’m going to change the way I eat and live so that I can get the weight off and hopefully not put it back on.

I love film (hence my name), music & books of all kinds, being outside and being with my family and friends. I like to write, paint, organise things and listen to other people.

I react well to encouragement and badgering so I thought I'd join up for moral support from people who are doing the same thing. I want to be able to support others too :)

Badgering is what got me to take my driving test so I figure it might work for losing weight!
