Hello everybody. I'm new to the board. Still feeling my way around. I'm not sure if I have my setting correct. Are the new messages always on the last page?
I looke forward to sharing and getting some tips from you all. I've been on SB for about a year. Of course no one in my family or area eats this way so it's been a bit of a challenge getting them to understand. I use to have an eating disorder so I'm excited that this works without starving. *smile*
