40-Somethings - Introduction - newbie here
Hi! I'm a new member hoping to find new friends and lend/receive support in my lifestyle change to eat healthy, exercise and lose weight. I'm 49 and borderline diabetic. Anyone wanting a support buddy, let me know! I'm most closely following Jorge Cruz' eating and exercise plan, but mostly just eating more veggies, less fat and exercising more. I look forward to getting to know the folks here! :)

Hi Tru, I am the same age and have high blood pressure. I do not know Jorge Cruz's plan, but I am eating only lean meats (chicken and fish) and veggies (mostly green) and exercising everyday but Sunday. I have lost some more weight this week and hope to reach my goal by next summer. Hang in there. Just try to stick to it - YOU CAN DO IT!
