Weight Loss Surgery - Kim's Update I miss everyone here

Hi Pals,I wanted to get a update to all of you on my wloss journey. My surgery was jan 14th 2008, I am down 89 pounds since surgery,and I am now in the high 100"s now,no longer in the 300,200 and now down in the 100's I am so grateful,and grateful for this group.I haven't been writing because my wrist is really bothering me and my doctor wants me to keep the online writing to not alot,it flairs up my arm.But I still read here. I will post too,just not as much right now when my arm is hurting like it is.

Sorry about the No Typing rule...that's terrible! I wish Jiffy were right and we could tell the Dr. to shove his keyboard where the monitor don't shine! But it's in your best interest so I won't tell you to pass on my little analogy! :D
