Diet Blogs and Journal FAQ and Help Forum - Why is my post on another blog?

I'm kind of new to blogging. So today there is a comment on my post and when I click on the name, it shows my post on someone's blog about diet pills. Anyone know why or how this happened? Is it spam?

Can you give me a link to it so I can check it out?

I got one of these too, I spammed it.

Oh wait, I see it. It's a 'trackback' and it is a form of spam. You can disable trackbacks in your blog control panel, I think it's under options then choose the discussions tab.
