I thought you could have 1 cup of plain ff yogurt, but reading through the website, I saw the amount was 1/2 cup for a serving.Which is it?

I had always taken that to mean you could have two cups if you wanted it, but no other dairy. i'd be interested in a solid answer to this as well.
