Default when to introduce carb and fruit?

Hi there....I am getting ready to go into phase 2 sunday morning and I am just wondering if there is a better time of day to first introduce carbs and fruit again....is it better at breakfast for both or split them up etc......just wondering if it makes a difference after not having carbs or fruit for two weeks and getting my body use to them again to minimize any blood sugar jumps etc.....I was thinking the carb for breakfast and fruit for lunch for the first week.....but I wasn't sure if it made a difference......thanks

I just introduce one thing the first week - oatmeal for breakfast. I didn't eat fruit till the second week and that was at lunch. I didn't eat a third thing until the third week, then added a grain at supper. Then I kind of stayed at that until I lost my weight.
