South Beach Diet - New to 3FC and SBD

I just posted my introduction but I don't see it. I am not sure where I posted it now. I thought it was on the main board for SB. :( I'm confused.

I'm having a hard time navigating through the website. Can anyone tell me if there is a significant difference between the South Beach Diet Super Charged book and the old one? I am looking to save money so I wanted to just check the book out from my local library.

I have recently joined as well andfound that everyone here is great! So helpful and there is so much useful info here too. Lots of the recipes are just plain delish!
