02 - Bike to work and back, about 14 km/55 min round trip; including biking up the Giant Hill on the way home (which used to kick my butt, but no longer!)
03 - Walked to transit and on errands at lunch, about 30 min total
04 - Bike to work and back, about 55 min, including the Giant Hill
05 - 11 minutes running (outdoors) and 19 min on the rowing machine
06 - 6000m (about 35 min) on the rowing machine
07 - Bike to work and back, about 55 min, including the Giant Hill

All last month I was inputting nothing for my one day off from heavy exercise a week and got 'told' :lol: by my husband that even though I wasn't puffing and sweating (much!) from my mild yoga I needed to input it because I was doing -something-.

So today: 1 hour mild yoga

Normally I do yoga on Sunday but after yesterday I need the yoga today (Saturday) and will do weight training tomorrow.

July 5- Wow. I barely made it through my workout today. But finally it got done, even though I had to hold off on increasing my running time. I eventually accomplished:

5 min 10 mph, 15 min 7 mph, 5 min 5 mph, 52 min 3 mph, pliometrics.

I'm not sure how much I worked out before this week. It was hit or miss. This will help keep me honest. :o I'd like to complete 600 minutes for the rest of the month.

July 14 - Upper body strength training (32 min)
July 15 - walk/jog 1.8 miles (40 min) --> 72
July 16 - Lower body ST (43 min) --> 115
July 17 - elliptical (30 min) --> 145
July 18 - Upper body ST (30 min) --> 175
July 19 - elliptical (35 min), walk/jog 1.8 miles (42 min) --> 252
July 20 - Rest
July 21 - Lower body ST (33 min), Treadmill 2 miles (36 min) --> 321

I think I probably missed some postings, but I've done at least 30 min of cardio a day, as well as some strength training, while I was traveling to be with family. i'm back home now (though I'm leaving on a business trip on Wednesday).

25 - Bike to work, about 25 min, but then left work early with a fever so took public transit home
26 - Nothing--still feverish and have the Worst Headache Ever
27 - Still not 100%, but ran for 10 minutes, did 20 min or so of resistance/stretching, and 4000m on the rowing machine; and walked 15 min to the grocery store

Just found this thread today!

Today I went to the gym on my lunch break and did 20 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes of strength.

Unfortunately that's all my lunch break allows for since I only get an hour and I have to factor in time getting to the gym, getting changed, getting back to the office, etc. On the weekends I do about 50 minutes of aerobic exercise a day.
