I did not meet my June goals so will try something similar but a little more realistic this month. I do better at the gradual build up!

Goal: 2000 minutes; 5/8 yoga; 5/8 strengthening/weights

Umm, let's see here. I'd like to exercise at least 5 days a week... at LEAST 30 minutes a day. That is 150 minutes a week. 5 weeks in July = 750 minutes. And I would actually like to surpass that goal, to see if I can do it.

So... I'll aim for at least 150 minutes a week and 750 in July.

Minutes so far: 475
