Holding On To Me


The path that led to this

Winding down the warm wind

Carries off the deepest part

To fly over the green hills


Hold on to the past

to remember where

I came from...


The grass beneath my feet

Feels cool and inviting

Tickling the senses

Warming the mind



Hold to the present

To remind of what

is Now...



Dreaming of a brighter me

Blood rushing through clear veins

Sweetness emanates

from personality only



Creating a new future

by my hard work

holding on to me...
