I don't even know if anyone remembers me, I haven't been on here since March and see so many new people!
Well I'm back, good thing is MOST people come back with bad news..because they've slipped and need to get back into the grove of things.
I come back with 15lbs lost! YAHOOOO.
I started with a personal trainer and since then I've been doing really well. My body fat percentage is now 31% which is NORMAL for my age..NORMAL, yes for once in my life I'm considered normal.
I still have 30lbs to go, but I'm proud of what I've done so far.
Now I just need to kick myself..I do feel myself slipping a little bit. I've been eating like crazy..I'm always hungry and I can't stand the feeling of being hungry so I eat all the time. I haven't been sleeping well either..So something has been going on the last 2 weeks.
Does it sound like stress? I have a month left in my current job and then I'll need a new one and right now I'm not getting any bites and I've sent my resume EVERYWHERE. So I've been really stressed.
I just wanted to come back and get some support from the girls!
