I know a breast of extra crispy chicken is 12 pts. (Never realized it was so MANY! OUCH!) but it would have to be at least a point or two less with the skin removed (and as much breading as possible removed)....wouldn't it?
Unfortunately, the chicken was one of the only ready to eat things in the house (we bought it in one of my weaker momeents)... but I figure I can have it if I could the points... I just want to be accurate. I was thinking 10 or 11 pts for the breast minus the skin would be accurate.
Anyone have any thoughts on that for me?
