Ah Ilene, I was riding hard everyday. Whoops! I wasn't doing it to be excessive, I just LOVE it. The last full week I did it I rode over 170 miles, pushing myself on my average speed. I thought I was a speed racer
I couldn't understand why I was getting sick, couldn't sleep and was stuck in my weight loss. This was in addition to walking the dog (we walk FAST) and weightlifting.
The doctor and personal trainer both suggested I cut back, I did and lost 7 pounds that week, felt better and slept better.
Duh!
