Weight Loss Support - I almost kissed my doctor yesterday

I went to my doctor yesterday - the usual annual physical plus to discuss various new "issues" - I see her only once a year or once every 2 years because she is Toronto and it is impossible to get a family doctor in s-w Ontario.
Anyway, I had to control myself from jumping at her and planting a big juicy kiss on her face because as soon as I enter her office, she yells at me "WOWZEEEEEERS, YOU HAVE LOST SOOOOOOOOO MUCH WEEEEEEIGHT!"

I just love her. She said my weight loss made her very happy, and she was even happier when I let her know that I am not done yet. In turn, she made me happy as well because she believes my hip issue is not related to the joint, she thinks it's more like some muscles are strained and she suggested some stretching exercises (I am already stretching prior and following my treadmill sessions, but these are different stretches). We shall see how it goes.

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!! That's so great!!!

I'm glad your doc is supportive, mine's a catty woman who's always down on me about my weight.
You have lost a lot! Good work chickie!!

That's awesome! What a great doctor! I switched doctors during the year when I lost weight, so my new doctor never really noticed my loss. After several years of the "you should really lose some weight" conversation, it was a bummer not to have my doctor notice my weight loss. :halfempty
