MONDAY

Funny, I planned on eating and drinking myself into a frenzy over the weekend but I actually didn't do that bad. I'm still not gonna try and log it. New week...fresh start. :)

Rabbit, I started going to the gym Jan 2001 five days a week. I still have troubles going some days but I force myself out of bed and am always thankful afterwards. I love the elliptical and I have an easier time on it than the stair stepper and treadmill. I can't explain why but I feel like I can do it forever. I am soaked with sweat when I'm done though.

EXERCISE:
30 min treadmill (2 miles)
30 min bike (4.5 miles I think)
10 min abs & stretches

BREAKFAST:
24 oz water

LUNCH:
turkey sandwich -3
cup of soup -2
banana -2
orange -1
24 oz water

SNACK:

I've found that I am not as efficient in writing things down if I don't post it! I'll start with today, since my weekend was a mess...but fun. :devil

Ok, I hated this stuff when I was little. Mom gave us Cream of Wheat, which seems to be the same thing, but I saw this one night and it looked good! Hmm...if I didn't know better, I'd think I was pg!! But I know better... Have to double check the pts. again though. I remember it was 120 cals., but I don't remember the fat or fiber. I had two servings.

**OH, I really blew it today. Ate a bunch of girl scout cookies. I have been 7.5 pounds from my goal at my lowest and I've been within 10 pounds of my goal a few times - now I'm 20 pounds from my goal -- have to figure out why I do this to myself???:cry:

WEDNESDAY

Rabbit, yep you gotta watch your heartrate. After jogging on the treadmill for several months I found the ellipt to be easy -- less impact and smoother motion. Don't forget I've been doing it for almost 15 months and I've built up to where I am now. Believe me, I'm huffing and puffing during the last 5-10 minutes.

EXERCISE:
60 min treadmill (3.86 miles)
10 min abs & stretches

BREAKFAST:
ham, egg & cheese crouissant -8
16 oz apple juice -2
24 oz water

LUNCH:
grilled chicken salad w/lite ranch -7
16 oz water
