so after a long day at work and not going to the gym in FOREVER....i dragged my lazy fat *** there and did 45 minutes on the elliptical that's the longest I have ever done!! I normally due 30 minutes...tomorrow I'm going for 50!! wish me luck my lovely 20 something chicks!! hope ya all have a fabulous week!
