Hi I'm 32 year old mother of 2 boys I have lost 64 pounds so far :carrot: I have 66 more pounds to lose. I came to this board for help and support and to make friends. For exercise i do the biggest loser workout dvd's there great. Anyone know the best exercises for the stomach? :)

Unfortunately, you can't spot reduce fat, but you certainly can strengthen your ab muscles.
Other than crunches and stuff - pilates is wonderful to strengthen the core.
