Humor is the best diet. I have found great support and success by just changing my attitude about my weight. I am surprised no one has mentioned Laura Banks and Janette Barber's book and web site "Embracing Your Big Fat ***". Who knew such a white hot funny book, EBFA, could be so serious that it could change the way I feel about myself?
