OK - I like the original Turbo Jam but I wouldn't buy the others unless I was so in shape that I needed a much harder workout (HA!) I liked the set she put together - it was quite enough for me.

I LOVE Hip Hops abs because I have a huge crush on Shaun T. He is so cute. The music and the moves are fun, too. I don't know if this is really a hard-core abs drill but it gets me into my aerobic zone and it is so fun I actually finish it! He also has a gal who does the "lower" impact stuff.

That's my two cents.

Another thing: smyrah - you're six feet? I"m five twelve and a half! Tall chicks rule!
