hi everyone, just thought i'd introduce myself and say hi. i actually wrote an intro ages ago in the main forum section, but then i disappeared for a while, had myself a little "(pre)- mid life crisis" lol. and now i'm back and more determined than ever. so, i started south beach ph 1 today. i did it several years ago after the birth of my daughter, but i don't exactly remember when or why i fell off the band-wagon.
I've spent some time looking around and have found a ton of useful information, tips and trick, advice etc. Thanks to everyone who has helped put all of that information on here!
anyhoo, I'll be checking in here more often now and look forward to meeting you all.
