Have you always been the size you are as an adult? (If you are an adult :) ). It's hard to say. 98% of the thin women I know have cellulite.

Here's a thought...

Why is fat on a baby viewed as "cute" or "adorable" but it is "repulsive" on an adult? :( Babies have lumpy, textured fat on their thighs too!

Cellulite is, essentially, fat being pressed between the connective tissue of your skin. Because of that, as you lose fat, you may see a reduction.

The tendency to form cellulite, though, is for a large part genetic, so you may just be predisposed to it. Some people get it, some don't, and to every degree in between. And since your body requires you to have some fat to survive (for women, a good target is 18-25% of your weight from fat), you can't guarantee it'll go away after weight loss...your remaining, necessary fat might just show up as cellulite.

Almost everyone has some degree of cellulite, and studies have shown that men literally do not notice it...at all...on women, if that helps.

Flabby arms, though...that's a different issue. Are you doing any strength training? Lifting weights and building arm muscle can help tighten up the whole arm, so you get less floppiness.

Cellulite doesn't go away unfortunatly..but you can reduce the appearance.

I pulled out my workbook from a spa therapy class I took...

Cellulite is formed from stagnant toxic waste being stored between the tissues. Stagnant Lymph needs to be moved.
coupled with the breakdown of collagen and elastin.
There are several contributing factors that cause the accumulation of Cellulite:
- fat
- toxin overload
- lymphatic fluid retention
- Poor Lymph Drainage
- Weak Connective Tissue
- Insuficient water intake

Additional contributing factors:
- Heredity
- Diet (poor eating Habits)
- Smoking
- Tension and stress
- Medication
- Lack of Exersize and sedentary lifestyle.

Using different essential oils can help to stimulate elimination, improves circulation and lymphatic movement.
Such as:
-Black Pepper
-Atlas Cedar
-Lemon Grass

A nice detoxifying Cellulite Treatment:
1. Dry Body Brush area
(Light upward movements toward heart. Dry body bruhing prompts the body to release toxic deposit in the Lymph, while cleaning the lymph itself)
2.Exfoliate with a scrub in brisk upward movements.
3. Apply detoxifying Body Masque to area and wrap in plastic wrap.
4.Complete with cream and/or essential oils

Once the lymph drainage problem is addressed the Cellulite will look better because it will become smoother.
