Anyone have any photos of someone 5'3"-5'4" and between 145-125lbs?

I am trying to visualize what that weight/height range would look like to see if I am aiming for something realistic for myself..

The doctor said I don't have large bone structure or anything to prevent me from getting into the 120's with strong motivation and lots of exercise, but he also told me that the 140's would be a healthy range for me as well..

I just don't know what it looks like! :^:

Any help greatly appreciated! :D

P.S. I know they have those "doll" things that some people have in their avatars, and I've tried that, but I still can't visualize with those..

I know you are probably wondering what you would look like at a certain weight, but the truth is that everyone's bodies are different. Two women can weigh the same, yet seem as though one is heavier than the other.

I would suggest focusing on what you are doing day-to-day; while it is important to have long-term goals as well, you don't need to worry about choosing a specific goal weight this early on. Take it 5-10lbs at a time! Once you are at 150lbs or so, you'll probably get a better picture of what you would look like at 130lbs.

What I can promise you, though, is that if (WHEN :D) you DO get there, you will look stronger, healthier, and more confident!

That's awesome.. I remember that site from a long time ago but I could never find it again.. Very interesting! :)

I have photos from my previous weight loss.. But hopefully I'll lose differently this time because last time around I was left with no muscle. This time I want a more toned look so looking at my old photos won't really show me the other options. :)

I definitely agree, I wish I could know what I'd look like at my goal weight, but the problem is, one of the girls at work weighs 133ish, she's 5'4" and she looks honestly 115. She's SO thin but she has big boobs. I'm 138 as of this morning and 5'7", and I look at least 25lb heavier then her.

Another fun site is myvirtualmodel.com It will let you create a model that kinda looks like you, then you can adjust its weight to sorta see what you will look like at different weights!

Scorpio.. Maybe she has more muscle? There is such a thing as "skinny-fat" where you can weigh the same as someone else but look MUCH bigger (like I did last time around). I was 5'4" and 135lbs and I looked more like 160. Apparently muscle takes up less volume than fat but at the same time weighs more.. So someone with the same weight with more muscle would look much more compact than someone weighing the same but with a higher fat ratio. Apparently my fat ratio right now is 45% (gross, right?).. However, you're in the lucky condition where you could probably just weight train and you would minimize in no time like a little shrinky-dink! (I wish I would have done that at the time instead of letting myself go and getting back where I am now.. Oh well.. Builds character in my humble opinion!)

Now that I am working out my weight has begun to shift so I am loosing in my tummy most which makes the lower half of my body look larger. I have also lost weight in my shoulders which makes my upper arms look bigger.

I know it will all even out in the end...and frankly I don't want to know what I will look like when I have met my goal weight....that's half of the fun of it to me.

Scorpio.. Maybe she has more muscle?

She was telling me how she eats like crazy (eats as late as 11pm and goes to bed around 2am everyday), eats junk food like crazy and fast food plus she doesn't work out. I think she just has a fast metabolism. She doesn't look muscular at all, just I think is naturally thin.

I do not know my body fat percentage, I'd love to find out..at this moment, I only do cardio because I can't get to the gym (no car, too far to walk, and I work midnights a lot). The thing is, I am pear shaped, so the upper half of me is quite small (range from a 36B/C depends on the bra), but the bottom half of me, especially butt and thighs are mostly all fat. You can see my ribs and collarbone which is funny because I look like a thin person from the waist up, haha.

My sisters are like that.. They make me sick! My one sister is in the low 100's at about 5'5, and my other sister is in the 110's at about 5'6".. They all eat out nearly everyday, and the low 100's one sleeps at least 12hrs. They are absolute bean poles and neither works out or appears to have muscle to them.. So unfair!

Apparently I got the "bad genes". Did you ever see that movie with Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russel called 'Overboard'? There's a part where she looks at the dress she's given and says "I was short AND fat?".. Describes me to a 'T'! :o

God only knows sometimes! :dizzy:

Haha, yup. My older brother is like that too. He can honestly eat a large pizza, and he gains probably 5lb at the max. in a year. He's in his early 20s about 5'9" and 140-150lb. It's sad when I was shorter and weighed more then him. :p

My fiancee never eats as much as me! I try to stay at 1,600 - 1,700 calories and I don't think he ever makes it to 1,200.

She is very, very right. A lot of factors come into play. Someone the same height as you (I would consider you petite) but who never worked out a day in their life and was 135 pounds may very well look kind of pudgy, or they could be a very fit 145 and actually be a lot thinner. I'm 174 right now, and my friend Becca is 145 and the same height. Even though she's nearly 30lbs less, her measurements are bigger than mine and my BMI (done with measurements and calipers) is at 26% and a good 5% lower than hers. Just from my experience it seems that Caucasian and Asian women weigh less, in general, than women of other ethnicities even though they wear the same clothing size and have the same measurements.

I'm not spouting facts, just making that observation based on the fact that in the army we get weighed and taped monthly and all the girls with corresponding BMI's that are Caucasian weigh 20-40 pounds less than those of us that aren't.

Last time I lost weight, I got to 186 lbs and got some clothes. Then I gained weight and reached 208. Now I'm at 195.2 (as of today).

The difference between last weight loss and this time is that I relied only on eating last time. I was on WW..and lost 17 lbs in two months. This time, I'm working on both eating and exercise. I've lost 12.8lbs so far in 3 months. Yeah, a lot slower this time, which I thought didn't make sense at first. However, what surprises me is that clothes I bought when I lost weight last time fits a lot better now. Some are even lose on me already...and I'm almost 10 lbs heavier than when I bought them.

I have to think it's the muslce working its wonders. I can feel my muscle on my arms and legs. I can actually grab the side and feel the waist, not just some bunch of rolls. (if you know what I mean)

So I know I can't just look at someone who weighs the same as I do and think I'm going to look the same because I know that will never happen. :D
