South Beach Diet - Tickers

Since the system is restored back to May, your ticker may need changing.

For those of you who lost a bunch of posts that would allow you to get a ticker, the ticker "rules" will be changed soon allowing tickers based just on join date rather than date and number of posts.

I admit, I was crushed when my 30+ posts had disappeared! I'm counting the days until my ticker! :) Thanks for your help!:)
