Goal! - 1 stone down

Well I've reached my target of 1 stone (14lbs) and I am so pleased! I went out for a meal last night with friends and for once I had a choice of what to wear! all the tops that were too tight fit nicely again and the best thing is everyone noticed it even with my jacket on :D

We had a lovely meal last night and today I carry on with my diet in the aim to loose another stone and a half:carrot:
