LA Weight Loss - Independence Day Challenge

Since, the other got lost I thought that I would put this one back up. So, everyone that was doing the challenge and those of you that had not joined in already post here. We still have a little over 4 weeks before the July 4th.
Starting weight 5/29/08 160.2
6/3/08 - 158.6 (-1.5)
6/5/08 - 159.6 (+1) total of (-.5)
6/16/08 - 156.0 (-3.6)

6/19 - 160 TOM Had to change the ticker, backwards unfortunately :(
6/26 - 159 I was on "vacation" (helping my mom move) for a couple days last week, but I did remember to weigh myself on Thursday. I'm hoping that this Thursday will be a move in the right direction even though I know I'm not anywhere close to my goal for this challenge!! There's always the next one right?? :)
7/3 - 161 - ugh. Frustrated

I'm weighing on Wednesdays too. It's easy to recreate mine...I haven't done squat...but I'm recommitted today and maybe I'll have something good to report later this week.

Hay Ladies! How gos the challenge! Just bu,ping it up there. I am stuck. I need to really buckle down! I am thinking about doing TO sometime soon! If anyone else is interested let me know we can do it together! Hope everyone is doing great!

Cecil- I would do TO with you but I just did it on Friday and Saturday with the juice from the center and it was harder than I remember. GL with the TO.

Well, I think I said that I wanted to be 140 by then, but that is not seeming very possible at the slow pace I am losing at. So I will be happy to 149 by then. That seems more realistic.
I don't remember all my weigh-ins, so I'm just putting my last May weight and Friday's weight.
5/27 - 158.8
6/13 - 155.6
6/18 - 155.0 (could the scale move any slower)
6/20 - 154.8

I updated my ticker this morning and had to move it backwards. Got off plan for a few days with all the treats in the office, but pulling myself back.

Still here at 149... On Take-off, but using the hollywood diet juice - tastes HORRIBLE! I may just splurge on the Take Off juice and scale back to once a month...

Ugh I have pretty much went no where since we started this challenge can we say "SUMMER" Summer is sabotaging me! HA! Just kidding I am sabotaging my self and hoping I can get things back in order real soon. Hope all of you are doing better then me. From the looks of your updates you guys are sticking to it like GLUE I am sooo proud of all of YOU!

Hey Cecilia - I'm in the same "stuck" boat as you are. Summer and all the treats are difficult!
JulieZ - Have you tried Morning Blend Juice by Knudsen's? There's a number of threads on here about it. I usually pay about $3 - 4 for a bottle, but it tastes great!

Angie, I've tried the knudsens, I didn't like that one either - I think the strong pineapple flavor draws me to the take off juice, I really love how it tastes so it is hard for me to find an alternative. I think the next time I am going to try with oranges and see how that works for me before I decide to spend $27 a bottle on the take off.

Updated my tracker again - sigh :( Even though i'm practically back up to where I was when we started, the one thing I do feel better about it the healthier food choices I've been making and buying.
So our next holiday challenge is for Labor day? Anyone up for it? I'm going to do my best to stay as on track as possible, then start on July 30th with take off.
