Default How Much To Adjust As Nursing Slows?

DS has started eating a lot more real food and, therefore, nursing less. We've given him water a couple of times, but, otherwise, he's only drinking breastmilk. We'll probably keep with that plan for at least another couple of months. Over the course of my diet, my calories have averaged about 1750. When I once dropped to around 1500, my milk supply was fine, but my weight loss stopped cold! How much should I expect to adjust my calories to keep my weight loss going?

I'm going to miss my little advantage!
