Karen Welcome to little Amber, a lovely name. Good to hear everyone is well. Your question on where to retire, Adelaide is a lovely spot to consider............perhaps a little far for the grandchildren to visit:dizzy: What is your criteria, is it climate, living conditions, closeness to relatives and friends??? HAve a great holiday.
Glenda I agree, I just love spring when all the bulbs start to bloom. Of course we are in autumn, though you would never know it, it has been quite warm. I am not sure what to expect in autumn here in Sydney, the climate is quite different from Adelaide and Melbourne.
Well I am feeling a lot better today, back to having a bit of a spring in my step:D , I think I might have had a bit of a virus that I felt so lethargic and achy. It is interesting about the low blood pressure and the having of more salt, dh always tells me off for putting too much salt on my food and now I am 'allowed' because Anne's doctor said :D :D
Have a great day all, check in later
Cheers

Karen: Congratualtions on the new grandbaby. Amber Lynn is a neat name. You'll enjoy the rocking and snuggling, I'm sure. Of course I would reccommend Central Fl. as that is where we are. We found Northern Fl. colder than we like and Southern Fl. warmer and too crowded for us. There is a lot of building going on in this Central area. Come and check us out.:D:
Lily: When the remote gets to me, I come to the computer. I guess the channel surfing is a 'man' thing. I'm sending you my quilt picture. Finally got one. It wouldn't fit in a regular envelope, so constructed one. Just wanted you to know, so you wouldn't think you were getting a letter from some 'nut-case'.:joker:
Slavika: Have you found the right 'bone' yet?:)
Maria: My dh uses all the salt he wants. I am not allowed, as then I retain fluid, and my bp is definitely not low. So I cook without salt and dh has to add what he wants. It seems to work.
Glenda: We used to have the daffodil promotion when we lived in N.Y. State. I love them. I don't see them down here. Of course we don't have the same spring bulbs. Only potted tulips, and such.
My dh is behaving himslef very well. We have heard some horror stories from friends about their experiences with blood clots, and we don't want to go that route at all. I think he was fortunate to have found it as soon as he did.
See you tomorrow. :dz:  Ann

Hi Everybody In reading the posts I realized after reading Lily's and Ann's that other people might think I was a paleontologist after some ancient and valuable BONE instead of a bone coloured toilet. LOL LOL :D
Well gals the search goes on. :?:
I didn't do much about getting anything done in the bathroom. Well that's not completely true. I had the gals over for Tea Time and got some suggestions from them. Dee thought I should get a white toilet and sink and reglaze the tub in white and maybe lay new flooring to match that. On the other hand I think Trudy has heard more about toilets from me in the last few days to last her a life time. She now knows all about the ones that require two flushes......LOL LOL :D We DON'T want that one. :dizzy:
Tomorrow when I go out with my friend we are going to try a couple of other places and see what they have and then I should be able to decide what I would like. I bet you guys don't get to go out to often with your friends toilet shopping. hee hee :joker:
We sure had a nice tea time. It was good to see all the gals again. The gal that went to the Mayan Riveria brought us all back pretty little beaded braclets. :)
Ann I don't think you said, does your DH have to be on blood thinners? The friend I see every Wed her DH got a blood clot in his leg and he is on blood thinners (maybe he's off them now, I will have to ask her)
Night all. :sheep:

Maria: Glad you got the spring to your step back and are feeling better!
Ann: I will look for the letter. Cant wait to see the quilt! Your DH sounds like he is doing really well. Good for him being careful to.
Slavika: I like the "paleontologist" makes it more interesting :)
You know I cant say I have been out with a friend Toliet shopping lately. Have fun looking!
Sun is back again! Hope it stays this time. I want spring! Off to another busy day. Wish I had Maria's job :)

Don't want to make you feel bad Lily but this morning I have brought in my own laptop ............there is absolutely nothing doing the next 2 days:( :)
My biggest challenge is to make each day interesting.
My schedule is:
Up at 6.30 am, out of the apartment at around 8, walk to work, get there around 8.30, set up for the day which takes all of 10 minutes, log on to the board, read the posts and post and that is it for the day!!!!
The only deviation is when people book the board room for meetings. I then have to set that up, certainly no brain drain. Every now and then I am asked to do a PowerPoint presentation, I really enjoy doing those.
Of course I surf the net a lot and have found some good tutorials for Adobe Photoshop. My work computer doesn't have that software and that is why I bring in my laptop.
So there you have it, a great little job whilst I am in Sydney but certainly no big career move:D
Slavika Paleontologist, sounds very interesting........Hope you have been able to come to some descision about your bathroom. I wonder what your next topic of conversation will be at your Tea Time :dizzy: , perhaps compare your new flush to everyone's old flush!!!:D
I must be off and get stuck into the tutorials, will check in a little later to get the latest on Slavika's project!
I forgot to mention..... I frequently check the boards during the day for any new posts..........:)
Cheers

Maria: What a job! How lucky can you get? :smug: So we can expect all sorts of wonderful new web sites from your research.
Slavika: Hope your bathroom project is going well. You'll find just the right one, I'm sure.
Trudy: You will have to fill us in on the tea-time conversations and major decisions made with all your help.
Lily: Now that the ability to post photos has changed on the site, as far as size is concernec, feel free to cut the picture. It will at least show the overall pattern.
Karen: Hope you have a restful week in sunny Fl. Let me know if you decide to come hunting for retirement homes further south where we are. I know Jacksonville has lots of positives for summer, but it does get cold up there.:(
Once again I am trying to get on program and be motivated. It is never easy, is it? When dh was in the hospital, I didn't pay one bit of attention to points. So now I have to get "with it"!! I wish I could build more muscle than flab.:strong: Right now I feel more like a :ink:

Hi Everybody happy to report that I think my bathroom has all been planned out. :) Tomorrow I will contact the people that will glaze the tub because likely that work will come first. With the help of my tea time friends, my friend who spent the entire day with me today looking at toilets and sinks and my DIL, this is what we have come up with.
The new sink and toilet will be in WHITE (not bone) and the tub reglazed in white too of course. My existing counter top is white with a tiny fleck of beige/gold in it. I will have a new Armstrong flooring laid that "looks" a little like a stone floor in a light bone/beige/with a sort of white grouting running around the "stones". I bought a new shower curtain in a yellow/white with blue flowers on it that goes well with the existing ceramic tile that is around the tub. DIL suggested painting the walls white, and adding towels in the same shade of blue that is in the shower curtain. The hall carpeting leading to that bathroom is in blue too (as is the whole main level of my home.) For the window curtain........I'll just sew up a sheer white curtain. Everything I am now getting is in stock and does not have to be ordered. TA DA.....:) :)
It sure is nice to be friends with such a talented bunch of gals. With the toilet fixtures all in white I will get colour into the room from the ceramic tiles, shower curtain, and towels. In the future when I want a change I will only have to change the curtains and towels. :s:
Maria that is one dream job you lucked into. :joker:
Ann I have to get my act together too and work at getting this holiday weight off.
"See" you tomorrow. Night all.

It is 3.15 Thursday afternoon and I have been busy with my laptop. The day just flies when I bring it in.
Anne I sure will pass on any websites that I think may be of interest. I know the feeling well with the motivation.....so far all this week I have taken in my lunch and fruit. When there are meetings here I have to do the ordering of morning/afternoon tea and lunch. Of course there is always very yummy stuff left over :s: so my goal is not to touch any of it. One more day and I will have achieved it for one week:p and then onto the next!
Slavika Pleased to hear your bathroom problems are settled. I just love white. My bathroom at home is predominantly white with clear glass shower doors. A bit of a nightmare to keep 'sparkling' but it does look lovely when it has just been done:) My towels and linen are all white as well. When I am on my travels I never have any problem trying to match existing colours for bath towels or linen:D:D
See ya all tomorrow

You girls are so chatty that I can't keep up. So much going on. I am so glad Maria has this tough job so she can keep finding all these interesting web sites for us. Thanks Maria. Slavika I like the white. While I was reading about the bone I was "sending" mental messages to make it white. You do have great friends to go toilet shopping with you. I'd keep them around. Karen I know you are probably gone but congratulations. I love the name. Spoil her a lot. When you retire to Florida will you miss those Minnesota winters? :D Men must be the same all over with the remote. I must try to be tough like Maria but ususally I do a Lily and leave. This week is March Madness here with all the basketball tournaments. So I know what will be on our T.V. Glenda I filled out one of those forms for the basketball tournaments. I picked Oklahoma to win even though UCincinnati is in it too. Ann I can't wait to "see" your quilt. I bet it is gorgeous. My ds and his wife thought they were finally expecting this past week but it has turned out not to be true again. This has been so hard for her. Now they have put their house on the market so we will see what happens. I have to send this before my computer freezes up.

Slavika - I, like Peggy, was sending you "white" vibes and it worked. We redid our bathroom about 3 years ago and vowed to never, ever put color in anything expensive. We used gray in the countertops and got all white fixtures. I have been so happy with that because I can use any color towels and rugs, from yellow to pink to maroon which is what we have now. It is so much fun changing the color scheme for about $100 rather than thousands.
Peggy, I work for OSU which is also in the big dance, but playing in South Carolina. I have NO hope for the team because they are the most unpredictable bunch of kids we have ever produced. Our biggest bedlam school is OU, but they are always good at every sport, darn it! Anyway, we are a good school for an education.
Maria - I have a job which is either boring or busy, rarely anything in between. I have often thought about looking for another job, but something happened to me when I went through cancer treatments--I have no mind left. Seriously, I don't know if I could learn another job very easily and I do know this one. Oh well, I love the people and actually love my job, but it doesn't "stretch" my tiny mind very much.
It is an absolutely gorgeous day out there today. Tonight I will go walking which is certainly a great way to spend an evening that is getting longer (lighter). Just love the beginning of spring!

Maria: Well it sounds nice to be able to do that kind of stuff while you are at work. I can when I have the time, but thats lacking right now. :(
Ann: I will put the picture on my sisters site for all to see. A small one and a larger one. Probably be better that way then post it here.
Slavika: Sounds like a great plan for your new bathroom. Will be easy to change the color scheme when you want to!
Peggy: Did you finish your tests yet? I agree, I think all men are the same with the remote. They should of never invented them :)
Glenda: I have thought of looking for a new job to, but I just never do. I do like it but sometimes its just not fun any more. Sides I think Im getting to old to get back out there and look. Just wish I could retire.
Got so sick yesterday. I have decided that my body just does not like Lentils. ALAS....Love the little things but they sure do not like me. Had to go home from work. :) Only good thing about it. Thought I had the flu, but Im all better today. Will never bring Lentils into my home again :joker:

Hi Everybody
Ok, gals, when I go on and on about something, (like I usually do)
this time being my bathroom, PLEASE if you have some suggestions or idea's for me, let me know about it. I sure can use the help. Here's my new little problem and please let me know what you think.
Ok, it's about what colour to paint the walls in "THE" bathroom.
You all know now, that the bathroom fixtures will be white. the flooring a beige/bone/with white stone look, (I'm open to suggestions here to..........
The counter top is white with a little fleck of gold/beige (can hardly tell).
The sink cabinet is wood, oak in colour.
The ceramic tiles around the tub and the black splash behind the sink are white with a harvest gold design on it.
I thought I would paint the walls/ceiling white and get the colour from the shower curtain which so far is a yellow/white with blue flowers on it, and get blue towels, maybe a blue garbage can, stuff like that. My sweet DIL, thinks I should be more bold and paint the bathroom BLUE with white ceiling. :?:
Please tell me honestly what you all think. :) :)

G'day all,
Important issues first :D What colour to paint the bathroom well Slavika if it was mine, I rather like the 'ragwash' look or is the 'suede look':?: A friend of mine had her bathroom painted, the base colour was white but then they used a rag, seasponge??? with a bone colour and it almost looks like wallpaper but it isn't. I am not explaining it very well, but it was very effective. It was professionally done. As far as painting it blue, dd favourite colour is blue and we painted her bedroom blue, she insists she loved it but will never paint a room all blue again!!
Lily sorry you weren't well yesterday. Are you serious that it could have been the lentils:?: As far as the remote, it makes me sound like a real b.....but I just cannot stand it, most of the time we do like similar programmes and as far as sport, I like most sport except for rugby and gridiron (no offence) and of course boxing is definetly out of the question!
Peggy I hope your son and d-i-l will take their mind of things by putting their house on the market, it must be so difficult for them. I can relate a little bit, when I wanted to fall pregnant with my second baby, it took over 6 months. I was initially very annoyed 'why didn't it happen' (my first, once we decided to have a family, I was pregnant the very next month) but then became worried if something was wrong. Of course there wasn't and perhaps I was just a bit too anxious.
Ann look forward to 'seeing' your quilt. I have a friend who belongs to a quilting group and they do some superb quilting. Do you machine quilt or hand quilt. I would like to have a go at it (when I retire) but would probably prefer the speed of machine quilting.
Glenda I think you are being a bit harsh about your abilities. There is something to be said for working with great people and having a job that you know inside out albeit a little boring at times. I like a challenge but now seek my challenges in other areas of my life (like loosing weight;) ).
What sort of company do you work for?
'Hello' to everyone else, check in later today......
Cheers

Slavika: I have seen what Maria is talking about before and it really is nice. But I cant really explain it either. I do think it is called "sponge something" I would not paint it blue tho, as then if you wanted to change towels you would be stuck with blue. I myself would want to be able to change to any color. Im a white or off white person myself :)
Maria: Im positive it was the Lentils. I made some Lentil soup a few weeks ago and the same thing happened. Then Tues night we had Lentils as a side dish and boom got me again. I wrote in my Journal the first time it happened and didnt think it was the lentils, but when I went back and looked at that entry sure enough. DH did some research on it to last night. So it was those wonderful little things. ALAS...... My body just doesnt like them at all.
Trudy

Slavika.. you already know my opinion, I would go for an off white color. You can get the white paint tinted with just a hint of blue... in fact your DH would swear it was white... but you would know the difference. My DH is convinced our bedroom is white, but it isn't, it has just the tinest hint of peach in it... and I know it is there.
Lily.. on my dietary list of no-no's, lentils are one of the vegetables I have to avoid. They are hard to digest and cause a lot of gas in the process, so they can be very uncomfortable.
Maria ... I have seen the sponge painting too and it is really nice. It does look like suede. I think you have the ideal job, and I would go back to work if I could find something like that.
Karen Congratulations... another grandchild. Amber is a lovely name.
Glenda grey is such a good color to start with. So many other colors look wonderful with it. On my DD street there is a house painted grey and the accent color is lavender, on the garage door and all the trim. It is very striking.
Ann we can solve a great deal of problems at Tea Time.
I think all men have the remote attached to their hands. Mine is just the same. Sometimes he falls asleep with it in his hand and only wakes up when he drops it. It can get very annoying when he is flipping back and forth and I want to watch something.
Well, my Mom is all through with physio. When she started, the therapist said 6 - 10 weeks of physio would be approx what she would need.... but she did it in 5 weeks. We are all so happy.. she is doing well. She is doing everything on her own again and that is the best medicine for her, she is a very independant person. :)
I haven't been posting every day, but I have been reading. You gals are the greatest. :D

Well another 1/2 hour and my 'working' day is over again.
Nice to see you post Trudy and what a remarkeble mother you have, good for her:)
That is very interesting about the lentils, I don't have them often, sometimes in soup, so I will keep in mind how it effects some of you.
I am having my hair cut on the way home, I haven't had a cut since that verrry expensive cut in Melbourne before the wedding. I can almost flick my hair over my shoulders ;) ok, I did say almost.....:D

Slavika I thought of ragging too. I would paint it white and rag with a light cream color. You can rag on or off. You could also tape off stripes and just glaze or rag or sponge stripes on the wall. It can be very striking. The cream color would pick up a little of the gold but not too much. Then if you are like me and can't leave anything alone I would maybe stencil some little blue flowers and green leaves like ivy around like a border. It is so easy to paint over stenciling if you don't like it or get tired of it. My bathroom is old with grey and maroon tiles. We painted the walls grey. I have ivy stencilled around the top and have stencilled birdhouses hanging from the ivy. I have one of those over the door cats where else but over the door. He is trying to get to a birdhouse. It has been up for a while and it is time to change but I am not sure what to do. I sponged a room once. You have to use a sea sponge and keep turning it as you do it so you don't have the same look. My friends have used a feather duster to put different color accents on their walls. You paint the basic color and then dip the ends of the duster in another color and tap on the wall. Go to a good paint store or home center. They ususally have lots of ideas and samples and can answer questions.

Glad your mom is doing so well, and over the physio so fast. Good for her!
Peggy: I like your idea! Sounds really nice. I did stencil in my Kitchen and love it. Havent tierd of it yet. Its a Southwest pattern. I like the rag part to. Thought you would have a great idea! Never heard of the feather duster but it sounds like a great idea to.

Slavika - I don't know about you, but I feel like running out to a paint store and asking about some of these new techniques. Peggy is obviously a good crafter. Honestly, Peggy, I think your bathroom speaks volumes about you. You are creative and outgoing. And to think that that cute birdcage-cat-stencil idea is getting old! Slavika, I would not paint a bathroom blue either, but just use some interesting ideas to "bold" it up a little.
To think that tea-time has become such a major problem-solving time! I would like to take part in some of these discussions too.
Trudy - You can only be glad that you might have your mother's genes. She is truly remarkable. I am so glad she is able to do for herself again. I bet she worked really hard on her physical therapy.
Peggy - many years ago I thought I could not get pregnant. We were married for 5 years before I got pregnant. Leon had low sperm count so when I finally found that out, we did "it" by the book (having gone to a doctor and found out which book) and lo! and behold! the first month I got pregnant. Then when we wanted another, we got out the book and it worked again. I threw away the book then, but again, lo! and behold! surprise, surprise! I got Cody. So, going from a low chance of a family, we ended up with 3 sons. Our cup "runneth"ed over there for awhile. So keep hoping for your son.
Well, it is Friday. Tomorrow is our 39th anniversary! Seems like we were just kids and now we look in the mirror and wonder where we are? Ever get that feeling?

Glenda Have a HAPPY ANNIVERSARY tomorrow. You have a year on me. Go out and do something fun. Sorry your guy lost yesterday. I wanted them to win. Tonight is our big night with UC playing. There is much March Madness in our house. What is really funny is that the remote is dying and doesn't always work. Love it. Thanks for your encouragment . My dil only has 1 ovary and that one has problems. We keep hoping. It is just so sad that when they want a child so much and then there is that woman in Texas who drowned her 5. And all the others who mistreat and abandom their kids. On to decorating, my niece just bought a little house and she has fixed it up so cute. If she puts it on her web site I will tell you all. Hi Everybody thanks so much for alll the great idea's. That's just what I needed. :)
I think from reading the posts and just taking a good look at my bathroom one of the things I plan on doing is returning the shower curtain that I bought on Wednesday and "thought" was perfect. I had also seen a "Martha Stewart" shower curtain which was white, but it had square of a matte white then a square of shinny white. If I did that, I could paint the walls white like Peggy suggested and then maybe "rag" or "feather" the gold colour that is in the tiles on the wall. Until Maria mentioned a friend doing some ragging on a wall I had not even thought about doing it in that room. I know from watching Decorating shows that they also use things like scrunched up plastic bags to bring another colour on top of a base colour. When I go to the Home Store I will see what my options are and what choices are available to me. I did "sponge" red roses with a few green leaves and some smaller blue flowers on the wall of my bathroom that is off the MBR.
The shower curtain that I am returning just didn't "seem" to be calling my name, LOL LOL :D. I think it's because the yellow in it was wrong. I was even thinking I might put in a shelf on the wall that is behind the toilet. I could bring in lot of colour with the things that I could put there. I could have a very colourful pot with ivy in it, maybe my little collection of turtles or whatever.
I also have a few things sitting around my tub (since we don't use that one). I have a rose glass with sea shells, and big gold basket filled with bath salts, soaps etc even some very colourful fish made from wood that I bought years ago in Mexico.
Thanks again, for taking the time and interest to share your thoughts with me on how to finish off that bathroom.
Glenda Happy Anniversary to you and your DH. Have a nice day. :o
I agree, Glenda, no blue walls. :)
Peggy your dil's existing ovary may surprise all of you and produce a little "munchkin" for you all to love and cuddle.
The whole Andrea Yates story is just the most tragic thing I have ever heard. How frightened those little ones must have been.
Maria how did your hair cut turn out. Sometimes, it's difficult going to a "new" hairdresser.
"Talk" to you all later. :joker:

Hi All. What a lot of clever and crafty people. Slavika, you have lots of great ideas, and I'm going to use a few too. My bathrooms need redoing, once I get done with this show on Monday. I like the ideas of using the sponge or rag, to overlay some color without painting the whole thing a solid color. When you have guests, do you have to move all the stuff out of the bathtub? :D: All kidding aside, your decor sounds nice.
And Peggy, the stencil idea is a good one too. So often when a couple are trying so hard, and worrying about getting pregnant , it doesn't happen. But somehow, when they can relax, or after they have even given up, then those 'little swimmers' seem to be able to get together. Hope that will work for your dil.
Glenda:HAPPY ANNIVERSARY You nearly had a St. Patricks Day wedding. Have a happy day.
That whole Yates situation has been tragic from the start. It is hard to imagine anyone having a mental illness to that extent. I think we all need to pay more attention to what depression can to do a person. Just heard Mike Wallace discussing it on larry King. He has suffered from bouts of depression, and knows first hand what it can do.
We had a big rehearsal this a.m. for our show. Another one on Sunday, Dress rehearsal Mondaya.m. and then Monday night and it is done!:D: We are setting up the hall like a restaurant, with separate tables. Made placemats out of colored comics. Our ceterpieces are soda and beer cans, with a candle stuck in each one, with a flower stuck in side of it. This is for S'ville Bistro. Standing for Swiss Village, where we live.Just a fun time. Our Chorus will all be dressed like waiters and waitresses. We have a skit with a couple who will be diners at the Bistro. When it is all over, we will sing 'we knew you were coming so we baked some cake. and then proceed to serve all with a cupcake and iced tea.
We have a lot of songs, all about food. I'll let you know how things go.
Sat. nite we have a St. Patricks Day Corned Beef dinner. That is always good. Green Beer and the works.
Karen: This is a great place to retire.
Trudy: So glad your Mom is on her own now. A remarkable lady. Determination and Grit do make a differnce in recovery. We'v e all seen peole who must sit back and don't do what the Dr. says, and then wonder why weeks and weeks later, they are not improving.:(
Maria: Hope your haircut was a success. It is hard to go to someone who doesn't really know what you want.
Time for bed. Went to line dancing class tonight. Fur and tiring.
Tomorrow is weigh-in and I'm not going to wimp out. Have to go and face the music. I didn't pay much attention to points when dh was in the hospital so now comes the day of reckoning.
Have a great week-end. "wave" Ann :joker:

Peggy: Hope she puts the pictures on her site. Would be fun to see! I know what you mean. Its sad what some people do and then there are others that want kids so much. Hope it works out for your DIL.
Slavika: I think the rag or feather will look great! The shelf behind the toliet is a good idea to. You must be having fun coming up with all these ideas. I know I do when I start thinking about redecorating :)
Ann: Your shows sounds great again! Love the way you are doing the center pieces. Sure its going to be another success!

A very hot St Patricks day here in Sydney.
We went to watch the parade this morning and I did think of Glenda , the New York firemen that I spoke of last week, led the parade to a huge cheer from the crowd. The parade is supposed to be the third largest, New York having the biggest parade.
We had a look around town but it was just too hot so caught the ferry home, had a drink at the local pub and we are now enjoying the coolness of the airconditioning in our apartment.
From our apartment we watched this massive american liner pull into the harbour. This morning we went to take a closer look, it is just huge. In the 'olden' days you would have been able to have a squizzy but now the security is so tight that only passengers can get anywhere close:( I guess it is understandable but a bit of a pity never the less.
Glenda Happy Anniversary - 32 years for me in May.
DH's birthday has come and gone again. He really wants an opal ring but the ones he wants are all too small. We have bought the opal and now have to get it set into a ring. It is quite spectacular with lots of colour and fire. The shape is irregular which will make quite an interesting ring. He also bought some software for his GPS (Global Positioning System) and a jazzy cd/radio/alarm player, something we don't need but it was quite different and I am sure will be usefull in my sewing room when I get back home:D He did very nicely!
See ya all tomorrow
Cheers

Happy St. Patricks Day even if your not really Irish. I don't even have anything green to wear and my great grandmother came from Ireland. I went to church and breakfast today looking snazzy in mismatched shoes. One was brown and one was navy. The moral is don't put your shoes on in the dark. My bil sent me this in an email. I don't know if you all have seen it but it is pictures from 911. It takes a while to get through it. Just click on each picture to move to the next on. www.opensciencenetwork.org/911 I have another one but don't know how to post it. It is a picture at night with the lights that look like the twin towers. If you want to see it I will email it to you. Just send me your address. Ann your party sounds like a blast. What fun you all have. Maria what is a squizzy? Slavika let us know how the bathroom turns out. Can we help decorate any one elses house?:D Will see you all tomorrow.

Good morning everyone!
I am a bit slow of the mark this morning, it is already 11 am!
Hope you all had a great St. Patricks day.
It is another very hot day here in Sydney, total firebans are in force as there is a concern of a repeat of the bush fires that were here around Christmas.
Peggy Thank you for sharing the site you posted. It was a very moving account of September 11.
A 'squizzy' is just having a 'nosey' or having a look around that cruise ship!
Have a great day/night
Cheers
Maria
