found your site a couple of days ago, and have decided to try the Sonoma diet
It looks like a diet that I could stick to, the recipes sound delicious.

I have lost 4 lbs, since finding your site, but have at least 58 more to go.

Ladybug

They have the sonoma diet book and also the sonoma diet cookbook at the local library, will check out tomorrow.

Hello, I have been having problems with the diets that I've tried. However, I know that I love Mediterranean cuisine. I never knew a diet like this existed. It's almost exactly how I cook and now I can include my family, which was the problem with my last diet modification.

I am so excited to go home and let my man know. He loves this type of cuisine as well.

I hope that I succeed like you two have. I've really been having issues losing weight especially with the medications I've been on.

unfortunately, this forum has never taken off on this site but don't give up. It's a good program and if you feel like it is something you can stick with that is the most important thing.

I tried this once before and lost a few pounds (maybe 15) and got frustrated when it didn't go faster so I gave up and went back to other approaches that had worked well for me in the past. Unfortunately, they didn't work much better for me this time around either. I have come back to this because I know it is a sensible plan that can be sustained long term and have lost 6 lbs already this week but know not expect too much there. I'm trying to stay focused on the healthy eating aspect and if I lose that is an added bonus. Good luck to you.
