Default my son asked me to go for a run
I can't believe it. My 15 yr old son asked me to go for a run tonight. So we have a date! - I told him he might have to run ahead of me and come back and that I will walk and sprint. I have a torn ACL so this might be a disaster but how can I say no to that offer.

But that is so wonderful that your son asked you to go for a run..... that is definitely a moment to remember. Who knows - maybe he will become your running buddy.
