I've also been a vegetarian for several years, but have just recently
(4/25/08) gone on a diet, and am severely craving rich foods like pastas, and sweets! Does anybody know of any low fat products out there that are low in calories and fats, but decent in taste? Additional proteins would be great, since I can't eat traditional sources of protein such as chicken, fish, etc.
Have you experimented with recipes? There are a lot of good vegan cookbooks out there that seem on the healthier side (dreena burton especially) and also fatfreevegan.com is a great website.
