Wink This Week I Accomplished... Next Week I Plan To...

I Am Starting This Because I Need To Check In With Someone Next Week To Make Sure I Stuck To My Plan. Everyone Feel Free To Add Your Weekly Accopmlishments And Goals To The List.

This Week I Accomplished:

Drinking All Of My Water
Tracking Everything (even Little Bites And Four Points That Went Over My Weekly Allowance)

Next Week I Plan To:

Get My Healthy Oil In Everyday(this Is The Hardest Thing Ever)
Get 5 Fruits And Veggies Eaten Daily
Get Two Dairy Products In Daily
Get All Of My Water In

****do Not Weigh Myself. It Is Going To Be Easy Not To Weigh,(dh Did Lock The Scale Up) But It Is Going To Be A Nervous Week For Me.

Maass, thanks for starting a new one of these, I think our old one got buried.

I definitely need to look at recommitting to some things, though I'm not waiting til the end of my WW week (Saturday). I need to do this starting NOW.

Skipping over the "this week I accomplished" because there's nothing positive there...

Next week I commit to:
-Staying within my points allowance (eating minimum of 26 per day, not going over weekly FPs)
-Getting in at least 3 days of exercise, counting the 3FC 5k this weekend
-Not letting myself go off plan just because I'm not at home. Visiting family does not mean I get to eat everything I can get my hands on.

Just doing these three things will get me worlds closer to righting the wrongs I've committed in the past month or so....

What a cool post!
This week I accomplished:
So far, staying within my points range
Riding my bike 9.2 miles and only having to walk it for about .5 miles total
Making an effort to run.

Next week:
Increase my weight lifting
Get back on the bike
Stay well within points, without going too far into flex.

Thanks for posting this!!

well there's not much positive in my week either other than we had our first take-away at home with friends since me being back on plan 100%, and I stayed within points for it rather than just think f it and go mad, I actually stuck to one dish of chinese which was 7.5 points. And on friday I worked out and swam. But i still gained 1.5lbs this week oh well!

This week I shall achieve (from tomorrow as today was my weigh in):

** Tracking everything
** Drinking 3ltrs water
** Some form of outside exercise every day
** Indoor exercise every day - 500 twists on my twist & tone thing

Next week:
Get out my first week's journal, and see what I did do right!!

40mins of exercise each day, kick it up a notch or two

Hide that scale

Finish Lisa's veil

This week I accomplished:

Getting back OP. I've done a bit of snacking...those darn Fiber One bars. But I've been staying within my points again (tapping into the flex points a little). I've at least been trying to keep track of what goes in my mouth!

Also, I avoided the scale for a couple days! I usually weigh myself at least daily, but it also usually doesn't bug me and is more research than anything. But early this week it was bugging me when I wasn't losing any weight after TOM. So I just decided to hold off a few days until my weigh-in Friday. Hopefully it will prove fruitful.

NEXT week I plan to:

Add in some exercise. I'm terrible at getting it. Drink all my water. And try again to not weigh myself every day.

This week I accomplished:
- Not overdoing it at the Indian buffet and so thankfully not getting that gross bloated, overeaten feeling
- Only had one alcoholic drink (I'm not a heavy drinker, but they are empty calories, and I rarely just have one if I go out (which is rare), it's usually 2 or 3)
- Drank more water than usual!

Next week I commit to:
- Eating more vegetables, this week has been awful for that
- Continue to drink at least 1.5 litres of water a day
- Make good choices if I am out for a meal

I've kind of given up on "extracurricular" exercise, but still walk everywhere (to the store, to school, when I leave the house... ever!), so I am still active, I just haven't been on my stepper since April and have stopped making myself feel guilty about it. I am busy enough finishing up with school and meeting deadlines, and I know I'll be actively exploring Spain in 8 days (!!!!) so I'll be fine!

This week I...
-Avoided all five sheet cakes I encountered (my little sister graduated from high school Tuesday) and also numerous brownies and cookies at various events
-Ate a ton of fruits and vegetables!

Next week I...
-Will start exercising more again--really need to incorporate this back into my life! (had a schedule change, so it's been tough to figure out a good time to exercise!)
-Hopefully will make it to my goal weight and begin maintenance!

This week I accomplished
1. Eating breakfast, lunch and dinner!
2. Drinking all of my water.
3. Shaved my legs.... <---
5. Getting all of my fruits, veggies, oil and dairy in EVERY DAY!

Next week

Same as the above ... plus

Writing everything down as I eat it. I have been planning my meals with points so all I have to do is grab and go and have been getting lax about writing it all down.

This Week I Accomplished: Slowly starting to phase back into the WW mindset (jotting down what I ate at times, trying to make a few better choices).

Next Week I Plan to: Fully get back OP.
Drink my water.
Get a little more active.
