I am totally lost at the gym with out my i pod. I have loaded some "work out" music on it and one of co-workers was scrolling and commented on some great yet somewhat embarrassing songs.

Which leads to my question, what are your favorite songs to work out to?

Mine: Funky Cold Medina Tone Loc
most anything by Hole
Rich Girl Gwen Stefani
L.O.V.E Ashlee Simpson
