Are all brown rices served at restuarants whole grain. I thought I read they were not so the other day I asked the waitress . She said no but
she had that "I'm not sure look" I know brown bread isn't always good so
what about rice???
I've never heard of a partial brown rice. Its either brown or its not. I think you're ok if its brown. I'd be courious to see if anyone has something different to say.
