I bought Turbo jam in April and did not buy the extra warranty protection. Love the workout. The other day I decided to try Turbosculpt and I got to section 2 and the dvd kept freezing. I tried it on a couple of different dvd players and my computer and it didn't help so clearly it is the recording. I have contacted customer service to see if they will replace it (i never used it). I tried the Firm instead but I didn't like it as much - the music wasn't as good and the instructors are a little flat compared to Chalene. Anyway I will let you know what their customer service dept is like.
