Default Having a thin day!

I don't know what has been up with me the last couple of days i have not lost any weight but i feel fantastic. I went dancing on friday in my black knee length shorts, sparkly top and fishnet tights. I had loads of compliments and had a great night. Last night was my mates birthday so i borrowed a dress from my housemate and painted my nails, bought new shoes, made myself up and we went out, again had lots of compliments and had fabulous night. Today i am just in my grey trousers (unironed) a vest and my pink mumsy cardigan and i still feel great. Anyone else get this occasionally, it seems to come after those stages when you just feel really down and cry and cry and cry?

Hi roobear it's great you feel so good. I know what you mean, I think somewhere when I was bigger I stopped caring about how I looked and stopped loving myself but now I'm getting interested in wearing makeup and pretty clothes. You know your working on your weight and health and that can make you feel good inside again...Me thinks anyways. But then ya I do cry and cry thinking i'm ulgy and fat but usually it's linked to that time off the month! Keep it rocking!!!

Yeah i guess it could be linked to that time of the month but because i'm on the contraceptive implant i haven't a clue when that time of the month is anymore. The tears only usually last a day and trying to find a reason for crying makes me cry even more and then when i do find a reason i know that reason is compete bull**** so i cry again. I know i sound like a complete wimp, i just cry a lot, it makes me feel better afterwards.

How awesome.. It's true that when you feel great, it radiates around you and you look great too! I think, even when you take out the scale, living healthy gives us so much more energy.

good that you feel so great roobear but i was having those same MAJOR mood swings a few years ago and they were starting to get on my nerves as i felt i couldnt control my own emotions.

i saw a doctor who discovered i have a serotonin deficiency. may be worth monitoring it in a diary, it may be PMS... but i may not.

stay happy!
