Ok, I am going to steal Beth Anne's idea and start a new question.
What is your current favorite books in reagrds to nutrition/weight-loss/exercise and fitness?
Mine is "The Game" by Sarano Kelley. It's really a self-help book that can be applied to weight loss, but it really gets you motivated to be the best you can be. Live the life you have always dreamed of.
