YOU: On a Diet - and other Oprah inspired diets - Yoad Exercise?

I was wondering if someone could tell me if the YOAD exercise cd, the video on the site and the print out from the site are all them same exercises?

Circles...I believe they are the same. Can't say 100% because I just did the walking part and then moved on to the YMCA. I love the classes at the YMCA and1 I am beginning to tone up pretty good. Still have a little over 80 pounds to lose.
