It doesn't work and it's not worth any price, sorry :(
It's my understanding that the patch does not contain ingredients that can be absorbed through the skin. If it did, then it wouldn't contain an amount useful for benefit. Furthermore, they greatly exaggerate the claims for each of the ingredients, and it is not clinically proven to work.
Any positive effect is perhaps a placebo effect :)
