I've been bad about posting my journal. Too busy. Here is today's.

Morning

Midday
veggie souffle 4

rice cake with soy butter 2

Evening
veggie chili 4

nutrigrain fruit bar 2

Total: 22

lunch:
ff hot dogs 1.5
pita bread 1.5
relish
carrots
dinner:
pizza (veggie and chicken sausage made by DP :)) 8
curried spinach salad 2
cupcake-spice cake w/pumpkin puree and a bit of cream cheese frosting 5/24
2 oz. 1996 reserve merlot 2/25
bites of eggplant sandwich (forgot about it till now) 3/28
exercise- 1.25 hours yoga (great class :) ), 20 min stair master
water- si,si, but not enough
