My husband and i have just started day 1 of Jillian Michaels Making the Cut. That workout was killer. The only question i have is....if my husband needs to eat more calories (needs about 1900 - 2000) where do i fit them in the menu? we are going off her planned menu, but when and how much more calories should he eat?
