Hi, gals & guys. I recently gave into an impulse purchase (aflthough I got a pretty good deal on eBay, instead of wasting money on all the "free with purchase just pay shipping" gunk on tv) and bought a GT Express Cooker. I was disappointed to see that the great recipe booklet that came with it has no nutritional information in it. So, does anyone know where I can find it? (Or of any good recipes for the GT cooker with nutritional information)? I am mostly concerned with calories right now. I find that I have no "calorie sense" and anytime I try to guess, I am way off. Any fast food nutrition list proves that to me again and agian. Seems like the things I think will be low are much higher, and sometimes the ones that seem worst are just fine.

Maybe try posting a recipe here and someone will run it through MasterCook for you.

I have the GT express 101 as well.
You can do the calculations by hand or on this site:

Thanks for that link! I'd lost my Mastercook cd.

Thanks for the link! That should do the trick. Are there any GT Express recipes that you have or that are around here somewhere? I tried a net search, but it is hard to find healthy ones limited and do not want to be tempted. Also, on this site not sure how to search because GT is too short.
