Default Cereal

Other than fiber one and All bran...has anyone found a yummy cereal low in calories and high in fiber but still has flavor???

Any ideas!!

Uhm well.. you can buy it in pretty much any food store...though that is in the Uk. I'm guessing fiber one is the american version.

i love Kashi too but i do not think that it has the fiber of Fiber One. 14 grams per half a cup to Kashi's 2.5 grams per half cup. But, I think that Kashi has more protein, too.

Your right. I tried the Kashi and really fills me up and it was yummy with vanilla yogurt.

I really enjoy the Cinnamon Harvest by Kashi. The local Cub stores in my area have most of the Kashi cereals on sale 3 for $7.98!! Great price for great cereal that not only tastes good, but fills me up!

you might try Kashi go lean crunch - it's delicious, but I can't eat it because it has too much fiber for me... I eat the kashi cinnamon one and love it!
