Default hardly any weightloss on phase 1!!

I'm on day 6 and thought i would weigh myself-i've only lost 2lb, was hoping for a bit more

To put 2lbs of fat in perspective, you have lost TWO OF THESE in less than a week.

You really don't have that much to lose, so if you lose 1/2 to 1lb per week, you are doing just fine.

you've lost 3 pounds that's over 10% of your total loss....

If you were eating a pretty healthy diet before you started SBD you may not see the drastic loss in Ph1 that some see. Ph1 is still good for getting your cravings under control. I have done Ph1 several times and each time seem to lose about 5 lbs. total, and most of that in the second week. Everyone is different. You are doing well!

Also, remember that the MAIN point of P1 is not the drastic weight loss, it is the elimination of cravings and balancing of your blood sugar.

If you're doing good with the cravings, I'd say that your P1 has been a success thus far!

Are you drinking water? I usually lost weight in P1, but I have found that if I do not drink 6-8 glasses of water a day I do not lose the weight.
