You really don't have that much to lose, so if you lose 1/2 to 1lb per week, you are doing just fine.

If you were eating a pretty healthy diet before you started SBD you may not see the drastic loss in Ph1 that some see. Ph1 is still good for getting your cravings under control. I have done Ph1 several times and each time seem to lose about 5 lbs. total, and most of that in the second week. Everyone is different. You are doing well!
