hi everyone,

i'm really glad i found you guys. i was on LA and had to quit due to financial constraints about 6 months ago. unfortunately i've gained back a lot of the weight i lost and find myself having to start all over.

i'm gonna try to do this on my own without the help of going to a center, so i'm really looking for some support. i've been reading through some of the posts and you all seem like such a great bunch of people.

i haven't started back on the plan yet but plan to start ASAP. Looking forward to getting to know you all.

Welcome!!

There is lots of information here to assist you in your weight loss. I also like the strength training forum and looking at the success stories here. It gives me courage to keep going!!

I dont think that you have to go to the centre to lose your weight. All it needs is discipline, which i dont have and is why i go!! LOL
