Oh my God, this guy totally rocks. I had tears in my eyes when I watched that. 130 lbs in less than a year - he should come and give us a lesson!

That was truly, truly amazing! I don't know anything about Utube - can you bookmark a specific clip or do they go away after a while? I'd sure like to be able to save that one to pull out any time I start to feel sorry for myself.

Thank you for sharing such an amazing clip!! I think many of us might have such a strong emotional reaction to this because we all recognize hidden bits of ourself in this wonderful human being--bits of strength that we are all trying to unearth, little by little day by day. The more I think about it--for me anyway--the weight is simply just a metaphor for a deeper more profound confrontation with my fears.
